Refund/Return Information

Patio Embers extends to each customer a quality guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us immediately. Patio Embers will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. We require that all the returns are authorized through email or in writing in advance, where the product return address will be specified.  Merchandise cannot be returned after 10 days after the receipt of goods.

All returns must be 100% complete and the products must be in their original form. Patio Embers reserves the right to refuse any product that does not meet these requirements.

Please remember that Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Credits will be issued only after our warehouse receives, inspects and processes your return. Your particular credit card company will determine when your account will be credited back. Please allow one to two billing cycles.
